This session highlights the unique health considerations women face, including reproductive and sexual health, pregnancy and prenatal care, perimenopause and menopause symptom management, and the importance of bone, heart, and mental health as women age. We’ll explore preventive care practices such as screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle interventions, while also addressing common conditions like breast cancer, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disease. By understanding women’s health across the lifespan, organizations can better foster supportive policies, resources, and workplace cultures that empower women to thrive personally and professionally.
