Pricing
Those deciding that they would like to have access to our practice will be asked to pay a yearly membership fee. The membership fee may be paid to TullyMD LLC in one annual payment, or two (semi-annual) payments, or quarterly payments by automatic debit from your bank account or credit card. You will select your method and timing of payment at the time of becoming a member. Certain discounts may apply.
Tully MD will not accept insurance and will not submit to your insurance provider. TullyMD will not accept Medicaid or Medicare or other governmental providers. For every visit at TullyMD, members will be given a detailed invoice of their visit which they may decide to submit to their insurance company for services rendered which may be reimbursable through Out-of-Network benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) funds or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) funds which you may be eligible to receive. Please speak to your insurance, FSA and HSA provider to determine what, if anything, is covered.
