Do you take insurance?
No, I currently do not offer direct billing to insurance companies for my medical services.
I provide a detailed invoice outlining all services provided following all visits. If patients are interested in independently submitting to their insurer for reimbursement if applicable, they will have everything they need to do so.
Do you charge for labs and other tests/studies?
Your physician may order labs, tests or imaging studies or refer you to a specialist or hospital for further care. They will bill you directly for the services they provide.
How can I pay?
You may pay conveniently in the office or online using bank or credit cards. Membership can be paid annually, or in installments (quarterly or biannually).
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?
You may check with your HSA/FSA administrator to see if costs are FSA or HSA eligible.
Can I book a virtual appointment?
Yes, virtual appointments are available.
How quickly can I start my membership?
You can start your membership after September 1st, 2024, once you have registered and started payment on your membership.
Do you take Medicare?
No, TullyMD will not accept any insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid.
